My New Favorite Cookie: Win $100 Gift Card From Fiber One

Packing and unpacking takes up a lot of time in my life. I always have one suitcase half packed and ready to go just in case. In that suitcase you can be sure to find too many shoes, too many purses and way too many cosmetics. But, I always make room for my Fiber One Bars (even if it means giving up a pair of shoes in that suitcase). These aren’t your grandmother’s fiber bars that taste like you are biting into a brick or sponge. These are good. They taste so good it is hard to stop at only one. There are so many options that it makes it hard to decide what flavor I want to eat. I just tried the New Fiber One Cheesecake bars in Strawberry and Salted Caramel and can’t decide which one I like better because they are both so good. It is like having a dessert with the added fiber benefits. Bonus is that they are 150 calories and have 20% daily value of fiber. The New Crunchy Sugar Cookies are yummy and I will never turn down the New Soft-baked Peanut Butter Cookie. Actually, hang on – now I am hungry and going to go get one to eat while I write this post. OK, now where was I? Which Fiber One did I pick this time you ask? I grabbed the Fiber One Crunchy Sugar Cookie. How cool is it that I can eat a cookie that tastes like a cookie but gives me 20% of my daily fiber and leaves me feeling guilt free at only 110 calories. True. True. True.

You can find a flavor you love too. Fiber One has a flavor option for everyone. There are cheesecakes, brownies, cookies (I am eating the Sugar Cookie now), coffee cakes (mom loves the cinnamon), streusel bars, and lemon bars (dad’s favorite). Not only do the Fiber One bars taste great but they also help me manage my weight. Wahoo! This is another reason I always have one in my purse or suitcase besides the fact that they taste great.
