It was and has not been easy.

I want to quit smoking for my little girl. She is the best part of my life and I don’t want her to grow up without her. Also don’t want her thinking smoking was more important than her.
I am finally going to get back to my college weight ????
I want to be a good role model for my children. I want to eat better and have healthy habits so my children will follow in my footsteps
I’m going to show more kindness towards everyone and be an example to my children but also to other people. I believe that’s something that’s contagious.
I have attempted to quit on many occasions without success. I tried quitting cold turkey, I’ve tried the patches but my skin broke out in little bumps and itched like crazy. I have smoked since I was around twelve years old and I am turning 38 in a few days. I would love to actually get this disgusting habit behind me and live a much healthier life and be around much longer for my children and grandchildren.
I need to do this!!!!!
I stopped smoking after my mom died of lung cancer. I struggle everyday and it’s been 6months. I used vape to quit and have not vaped in over 3 months. I don’t want to die like my mom did I miss her everyday and dont want my girls to go through the hell I did watching my mom died
I am trying to quit! Togh thing to do but for the best!!
