I didn’t really make any “resolutions” this year…but I have severe anxiety, and I have panic attacks. I am SO sick of them controlling my life! So this is what I will be working on this year for sure! I have to start going out of my comfort zone, no matter how scary it is. I keep to myself, and I need to stop doing that. I hope everyone does well with what they want to accomplish! God bless everyone!

I quit smoking 8 years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I’m still tempted everytime I smell a smoker but get over quickly with the new high prices for cigarettes. I’m going to stay a quitter and stay healthy this year.
I’m going to do better about take caring of my self. I tend to take care of everyone else and let myself go so this year I’m making “Me Time” a priority!
