I will finally conquer my excess weight and watch what I eat to stay healthy
I want to stop letting fear control my life.
I am going to quit snacking so much after 8 pm at night! I need to get in the habit of having earlier dinner times!

I ALSO, WANT TO EAT HEALTHIER.
I plan to make myself stay motivated and get off the couch every day. I plan to go on walks daily with my kids, I plan to play with my kids, I plan to eat better meals and I plan to be a better person in general. I suffer from bipolar disorder so this is kind of difficult for me to do everything I listed, so to me all of those things are a big deal 🙂
I am going to conquer a regular workout plan knowing that I will be so much healthier and happier!

I am very inconsistent in my healthy behaviors. My resolution is to be more consistent so that I can maintain my progress. Part of this is sleeping enough so I have energy to get things done. This is my biggest challenge.
I’m going to quit being lazy and get off my but and exercise this year. I have to get my cholesterol levels down. Also I want to quit smoking or at the very least cut back drastically.
Having more me time.
I quit smoking about 3 years ago, and lost 100 pounds 2 years ago.
I’m all done. 🙂
But I’ll say I’m going to quit watching so much tv and read more.
